Nowadays, more and more people are willing to escape from their daily routine and make their leisure as extraordinary as possible. It is believed that leaving home atmosphere and forgetting about work helps to relax and gain new energy for the following week. Many people agree with scientists, who have proven that weariness causes ilnesses such as depression, physical weakness and stress-related diseases. I strongly agree with this point of view and I believe that free time activities are not only a way to avoid psychological disorders, but also a tool to develop one’s personality.
