Why it is important to understand the economy?

First of all, this book offers a well written introduction to the basic elements of the market economy. The book is written by two Scandinavian economists. In addition to being well trained in Western economics, they both have extended experience with Eastern ones. As they participated in the seminar “The Baltic Family“ they decided on producing this book.
